First In-Person ImmuneT-ME Consortium Meeting

The ImmuneT-ME consortium, involving 9 partners from across Europe, held their first in-person meeting on Feb 25-26th in Cologne, Germany. The meeting, focused on sharing the latest progress in interrogating the immune-microenvironment of T-cell malignancies, was attended by project leader Heidi Neubauer and PhD student Sophie Pfalz-Kraupp. We are looking forward to seeing the continued success of this network!

Travel Grant

PhD student Myint Myat Khine Aung was awarded an EHA-JSH Travel Grant to attend the Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Hematology in Kobe, Japan. She was also selected to give an oral presentation at the meeting about her work on developing preclinical models and identifying novel targeted therapies for rare, aggresive T-cell cancer. Congratulations Myint!

EHA Advanced Research Grant

Heidi Neubauer was awarded a European Hematology Association (EHA) Advanced Research Grant to further the group’s work on understanding mechanisms governing sex biases in hematopoiesis. The award was presented at the 2025 EHA Congress in Milan, Italy. Congratulations!
